£30.00 – £50.00

Ages: 10 and over if accompanied by an adult. Price: £50 Per adult

Spend a morning walking around some beautiful Dorset countryside, foraging for wild treats and medicinal herbs and learn all about uses of our flora, both past and present. We will discuss all you need to know on how to safely identify, and use trees, plants and fungi of many native British species. This Spring edition we also include how to tap trees for sap and its uses, how to make a wild pesto and Spring salad dressing as well as an in depth cookery session learning simple ‘over the fire’ cooking techniques, after which you will be treated to a huge buffet of wild food dishes for you to feast on. Do not have a heavy breakfast. This is our most popular course so please book early to avoid disappointment. You will also be given an online booklet of foraging information, a lot of which will be seen and talked about on the day.
