What an absolute incredible 2 days we’ve just had. Skinning and butchering a deer, rabbit, pigeon, archery, axe throwing, knife throwing, fire making, foraging and rope making using nettle branches! Nothing was too much effort for Joe and Steph no matter how busy they were. Thank you both for having us and making our weekend a memorable one! Oh, I almost forgot…… the food!!! We also built a fire pit to cook our venison and a smoker for our venison jerky. We also cured and smoked salmon. I’m actually amazed we crammed so much in!! The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it. Thanks again for the knowledge, memories and the all out great time, every one of us enjoyed ourselves
