This 4 part course is designed to help explain the everyday skills needed to live in and enjoy the natural world over the course of the year covering all 4 seasons. The course will give you a comprehensive guide to using the natural resources available in the wild and how to use them to your benefit.
Summer
The season of long days and warm nights. On this course we will cover fire by friction and cooking fire lays, water purification, natural cordage, the 3 barbed fish hook, small game preparation, back country cooking techniques, as well as a seasonal forage for wild foods and medicines.
